This experience will be hosted by an authentic Apulian farm, in a location situated in the heart of Valle d’Itria: the ideal place to relax welcomed by the sense of hospitality, which is a typical Apulian trait.
We will unveil the most authentic characteristics of Puglia through our cooking class.
We will tell you the correct amount of each ingredient to make dough, the proper techniques to knead it until it reaches the right consistency keeping it soft, smooth and elastic. Then you will try to make typical Apulian pasta shapes, well-known here in Puglia:
– the orecchiette;
– the strascinati;
The experience will end with the tasting of a traditional Apulian menu. You will taste the pasta prepared with your own hands. You will enjoy the traditional Apulian orecchiette served with tomato sauce.
